What is Kannz?
Kannz creates unforgettable fan experiences around music, drama, and pop culture. We organise fan meetings, immersive tours, dance classes, and virtual events.
What kinds of packages do you offer?
We offer three main types:
- VIP: Full premium experience, with exclusive activities and perks.
- Essential: Access to the main event with optional add-ons.
- Virtual: Join from anywhere online with stream access and digital content.
How will I receive my ticket or pass?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your digital pass (with a QR code) will follow a few days later. VIP packages may include a physical welcome kit or lanyard on-site.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
In most cases, tickets are non-transferable for security and fan safety. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@kannz.co and we’ll try our best to help.
What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
We’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative options (where applicable). Your experience matters to us.
Are flights and accommodation included?
Only in VIP packages (and selected tours). Essentials can add them as optional extras during checkout.
I bought a Virtual Package. How do I join?
You’ll get a private streaming link and instructions via email 24–48 hours before the event.
What's your refund policy?
