Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through the official Kannz website or approved ticketing partners. Prices are final and displayed in your local currency where possible.

2. Packages & Inclusions

Package inclusions may vary by event, artist, and location. Final event details will be shared before the event. Add-ons are optional and subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
  • If Kannz cancels an event, full refunds will be provided.
  • If a fan cancels, we cannot guarantee refunds unless otherwise stated.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of the event date.
4. Transfers & ID Check

Tickets and passes are issued to the name entered at purchase. ID may be required at check-in. For security reasons, passes are generally non-transferable.

5. Media & Content

By attending, you consent to potential photos/videos being taken for promotional use. For virtual events, screen recording or sharing links is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove or deny access to any attendee who disrupts the event or violates the respectful community environment we aim to foster.

7. Force Majeure

Kannz is not liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
